The St. Croix Animal Welfare Center’s mobile spay and neuter van will be providing free service on Friday, Oct. 12, at the School of Good Shepherd in Williams Delight and on Saturday, Oct. 13, at The Palms at Pelican Cove in La Grande Princesse. Appointments are available from 7-9 a.m. Pick up the same day.
