After 20 rounds, starting with 32 students, the third-place winner was 7th-grader Josiah Benjamin; the second-place winner was Malik Williams, an 8th-grader; and the champion was J’hnai Lewis, a 5th-grader. We congratulate the winners and thank the Spelling Bee Coordinator, Ms. Mary Harley, former VIDOE Language Arts Coordinator. The Rev. Dr. Anique ElmesMatthew, Principal, thanks “the Spelling Bee Officials, retired educators, and educational

administrators for their highly valued contribution to making the Bee a success. This could not have happened without the generous support and sponsorship of Juan Christian (Ph.D.) and Edric Francis (MACS) of the Tutu Park Mall.”

J’hnai Lewis, Spelling Bee champion, moves on to the territorial competition scheduled for early 2026.
