Liberty’s True Fiber network is named the Fastest Fixed Network in the USVI, while its mobile network receives distinction as the territory’s Best Mobile Coverage.
Liberty VI announced today that its True Fiber internet network won the 2025 Speedtest Award™ as the Fastest Fixed Network in the U.S. Virgin Islands. Additionally, Liberty’s mobile network was awarded with the distinction for the Best Mobile Coverage in the USVI.

Based on Ookla? Speedtest Intelligence? data for the second half of 2025, Ookla’s analysis showed Liberty’s True Fiber fixed network consistently outperformed competitors on download, upload, and latency.
The recognition for Best Mobile Coverage in the USVI reflects the consistent groundwork Liberty’s teams have delivered to improve coverage depth and the reliability customers experience every day. The teams carried out targeted upgrades, capacity enhancements, and continuous optimization to strengthen service across St. Thomas, St. Croix, and St. John—especially in high-traffic areas.

To determine the 2025 Speedtest Award™ for Best Mobile Coverage in the USVI, Ookla? examined 642,656 mobile coverage scans collected by Speedtest? and Consumer QoE™ users from all the major mobile internet service providers in the USVI from Q3 to Q4 2025 to determine which one had the best mobile coverage. The results are reported as the Coverage Score™.
The Speedtest Award for USVI’s Fastest Fixed Network is based on analysis by Ookla? of 68,999 user-initiated tests that were carried out by consumers in the USVI during the last six months of 2025. The tests were taken on various Speedtest? applications that were connected to a fixed network and include tests taken on mobile phones using a Wi-Fi network.
