Body Found in April Was Teen Shooting Victim

The VIPD said DNA testing revealed the body found in the bushes east of Cramer’s Park on April 28 was that of 19-year-old Emanuel Moise. The cause of death was determined to be from multiple gunshot wounds.

Two Men Arrested, Charged with Murder in Smith Bay Shooting

The police arrested 39-year-old Rasokemo Archibald of the Bovoni Housing community and 30-year-old Tyler Labbarie, who was already in custody of the Bureau of Corrections on another violation.
