WINNERS OF ANNUAL ESSAY CONTEST ANNOUNCED

Senator Lorraine L. Berry announced the winners of her annual essay contest.
This year's topic is "Discuss How Your Decisions on Sex, Violence, and Education Can Affect Your Future."
The first place winner on St. Thomas is Tanisha N. Mills of CAHS; second is Kurt Marshall of Ivanna Eudora Kean; Jasmine Blak of Antilles placed third.
On the Junior High level, Acqanette Browne placed first; Lia Ortiz second; and Arta Watlington third. All are students at Sts. Peter and Paul.
Senator Berry noted that all winners will be presented with appropriate prizes and plaques at the two-day symposium.
