The V.I. Department of Public Works began the installation of a new traffic controller and signal at the Golden Rock Intersection on Friday.
"This work is part of the department's ongoing program to upgrade the signalized intersections throughout the island highways to facilitate safe movements of motorists on our roads and highways," DPW Commissioner Harold Thompson said.
