MIM'S BISTRO SHUT DOWN BY HEALTH DEPARTMENT

Mim's Sea Side Bistro has been closed down for health violations, according to a statement from the Health Department.
According to the department's environmental health director, Ethlyn Joseph, the East End restaurant was shuttered after evidence was found of roaches inside and out, as well as inadequate sanitation and food left unprotected from contamination.
The restaurant will be re-inspected Friday, the statement said.
