There were an unusually high number of Crusian entries in Carnival Children's Parade this year. The St. Croix Majorettes Troupe was one of them.
Some observers attributed the increase to the Boston Harbor Ferry that has been transporting people between St. Thomas and St. Croix at $40 roundtrip during the month of April.
