jULY 5, 2001 — Some parade entrants managed to look 'cool as a breeze' during a parade day punctuated with showers followed by searing sunshine. One example was Gypsy Troupe banner carrier, Danielle Comissiong, looking every bit the fairy maiden complete with opalescent wings.
