The St. Thomas-St. John Chapter of the American Red Cross will host "A Moulin Rouge: Une Soiree Francaise," their 3rd Annual Cultural Celebration at the Ritz Carlton, St. Thomas. French cuisine, wine, dancers and music will be featured. The funds raised will be used to support the disaster and social service programs.
Tickets can be purchased at the American Red Cross, Nisky Center or by calling 774-0375. Tickets are $75 in advance and $85 at the door.
