PREHEARING SET ON APPEAL OF CROWN BAY PERMIT

Aug. 21, 2002 – The Board of Land Use Appeals will meet at 9 a.m. on Friday, Aug. 30, in the second-floor conference room of the Government Employees Retirement System in the GERS Building on St. Thomas.
Two items are on the agenda:
– League of Women Voters vs. Coastal Zone Management and the Port Authority.
A prehearing conference concerning the League's appeal of CZM approval of a major permit for the Port Authority to develop a commercial center in Crown Bay pursuant to VIPA's master plan for Crown Bay.
– Warren and Margaret Stryker vs. Planning and Natural Resources Department.
Appeal of CZM denial of a minor permit, No. CZT-21-02.
