Sept. 9, 2002 – There will be no classes at Leonard Dober Elementary School on Wednesday because teachers and staff will be participating in an instructional workshop, Principal Elise Caiby Warner said in an Education Department release distributed Monday afternoon.
Representatives of Scientific Research Associated will provide training for the "Direct Instruction Program" to be implemented at Dober as a pilot program, the release said.
Classes are to resume on Thursday.
