Nov. 7, 2002 – The V.I. Water and Power Authority is experiencing trouble with its telephone lines on St. Croix because of a problem with its underground cable, according to a release.
WAPA said it was working with Vitelcom and Innovative Telephone to complete repairs as soon as possible, and asked the public to have patience during this period of limited telephone availability.
