'HUMAN ERROR' TO BLAME FOR MISSING HIV TESTS

This news report does not surprise me. I honestly believe that all the para-professionals in St. Thomas need to be trained — not only how to
work with and respect each other, but also the general public they are serving.
Everyone that I have came in contact with, while residing there for one year and visiting, has a very hostile and negative demeanor.
The governor needs to hire an independent firm to come in and train these para-professionals on their customer service skills.
