Feb. 6, 2004 – Applications are available for those interested in obtaining vending space inside the Lionel Roberts Stadium for the 2004 Carnival season.
Applications may be picked up from the V.I. Carnival Committee office on lower Main Street. Deadline to return applications is Feb. 27.
