JOSEPH A. LAPLACE, 76, WILL BE BURIED AT SEA FEB. 13

Feb. 12, 2004 – Joseph A. LaPlace died Feb. 10 at Roy L. Schneider Hospital at the age of 76.
First viewing is from 3:30 to 5 p.m. Feb. 12 at the Davis Funeral Home Chapel. The second viewing, from 9 to 10 a.m. Feb. 13, will take place before the 10 a.m. service at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church. He will be buried at sea.
He is survived by his wife, Edna LaPlace; children, Angela Bryan, Linda LaPlace, Kevin LaPlace Sr., Sandra LaPlace, and Julia Alsina; grandchildren, Eva Bryan Garcia; Joy Bryan-Silva, Jessica Martinez-Clark, Hannah Stansel, and Kevin LaPlace II; great-grandchildren, Fernando Silva Bryan, Sebastian Silva Bryan, Adam René Garcia; brothers, Peter, Paul and John LaPlace; sisters, Laura Brin, Alba Brin, Rita Bryan, Maria berry, and other relatives and friends too numerous to mention.
The family has requested fresh flowers only because of the burial at sea. Alternatively, donations may be made to the Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church.
