Dear Source,
Well, finally the Public Services Commission has brought in other people to help them do their jobs. It's sad hearing these different companies disrespecting our government agencies, not showing up for meetings, walking out on important hearings. (See PSC Hears Apologies from Phone Company President.) Finally they're put in the spot to answer: "What are you doing for the people of the Virgin Islands, besides taking their monies and giving them bad service?"
Manpower, and the experience of the senior employees, is needed in the telephone company. It takes too long to get a phone response from someone before you hear "Please hold" and you hold … We have got to give our customers better service.
