Zen Retreat was created as a Center for Integrative Health. Our focus is to offer both traditional and modern modalities that will promote personal balance and inner vitality. This is a place for you to be supported through therapeutic touch and for you to receive guidance through practices that cultivate personal energy. We believe that once the body relaxes, the mind quiets – creating inner peace and personal acceptance. At Zen Retreat we believe that harmony stems from unity, and so together we unite with pure intentions and an open heart. As Zen Retreat practitioners we dedicate ourselves to the practical path of the here and now, and in this groundedness, encourage and facilitate individual and universal growth.
