Jest a Second! Opens at Caribbean Theatre

May 12, 2005 – Caribbean Community Theatre is presenting Jest a Second! – an adult comedy – May 13 through 28. It is the fifth and final production of the season.
Jest a Second! is directed by David Richards, and features the local talents of Jerome Agean, Robin Becker, Charles Braslow, Meg Connell, Allan Laberteaux, and Glen Wells.
Performance dates are on May 13-14, 20-21, and 27-28, at 8 p.m. on Friday and Saturday evenings, with a Sunday matinee at 4 p.m. on May 22. Ticket prices are $15 for adults and $8 for students ($12 and $5 for CCT members). This production is an adult comedy and is not recommended for children under age 16. Please arrive early for best seating, as no reservations are being taken for this production. Performances will be held in the Caribbean Community Theatre, at #18 Estate Orange Grove, Christiansted.
Humorous antics ensue as Joel, gay and Jewish, tries to work up the nerve to come out of the closet while fighting for custody of his two sons.
Jest a Second! is sponsored by Christiansted Apothecary Hall, Crucian Gold, EMAX Financial Group, Essentials for the Office, Mongoose 104.9, Isle 95 and Sunny 99.5 FM, and Tropico Management LP and Barbara Vogt. This project is jointly supported by a grant from the V.I.Council on the Arts and the National Endowment for the Arts.
