George W. Phillips, Public Works commissioner, will be the guest speaker for the Aug. 17 Rotary Club of St. Croix meeting. The meeting starts at noon at Gertrude's Restaurant.
This gives an opportunity for Rotarians and the general public to ask those questions about roads and other projects affecting St. Croix.
Lunch is $14 for visiting Rotarians and guests.
