Oct. 26, 2006 Joseph Gomez Elementary School advises parents and guardians of an early dismissal at 2 p.m., on Tuesday, Oct. 31. It is necessary in order to facilitate the regular monthly faculty and staff meeting, according to a press release from Freida Farrow, principal.
Parents who pick up their children are asked to do so promptly at 2 p.m.
Parents are also reminded of the holiday observance of D. Hamilton Jackson Day on Wednesday, Nov. 1. There will be no school on that day. Classes will resume on Thursday, Nov. 2.
