Dear Source:
We have a habit of not using the skills of our people, both Virgin Islanders by birth & choice. Mosler has badly needed skills he is willing to use for public good but will likely not be given the chance. It is part of the same problem that keeps us from using the skills of our bright young people. They are shut out of public service by misguided decision makers; I include voters in this group.
Consider your choices in the coming election. Vote for performance not reference group or big talk. Ask your self, "Is the Virgin Islands better off with this person in office?"
