Aug. 1, 2007 – William "Bill" Gibbons of Simmonds Alley died on July 20, at age 79.
He is survived by sons: Franklin and Steve Gibbons; daughters: Dareen, Joanne, Charmaine and Charlene Gibbons; grandchildren: Shawn, Sarah, Brandon and Trevon; and other relatives and friends too numerous to mention.
A viewing will be held from 10-11 a.m., on Monday, Aug. 6, at Davis Funeral Home Chapel. A funeral service will follow at 11 a.m., at the chapel. Interment will be at Western Cemetery.
