The Source and Frederiksted!

Dear Source:
Give flowers to the living! With this letter please know that I'm giving abundant bouquets to The Source, and their journalists, for such positive reporting, and continuous support, of Frederiksted, St. Croix.
Melody Rames-Wiggins' recent article pertaining to the positive effects of Sunset Jazz on Frederiksted, and it's business community, was another example of a fine focus on the positive, and the subsequent informative reporting of same.
Frederiksted, as with all of St. Croix' communities, is blessed to be home to many residents who expend much time, talent and sweat towards efforts geared at making the community a better, more enjoyable, place to live. Initiatives such as Sunset Jazz, Wednesdays on the Waterfront, St. Croix Landmark Society's Concert Series at Whim, events held at Dorsch Center for the Performing Arts, and many, many other events too numerous to mention individually, all serve as an enhancement to our communities, and our quality of life. The Source always being on hand to report on, and to share events' highlights with it's readers, is a very important tool in the overall process.
We all thank you very much for what we know is not always an easy task, or one that you're given many kudos for doing so well. It is my hope that each of us will make an effort to say "job well done" more often. You do do your job so very well!
Bridget Cox-Dawson
St. Croix
