We Need to Know What Is Going On

Dear Source:
The Constitutional Convention is underway. We understand that committees have been formed and chaired. So far, we have heard very little about what the goals of those committees are, aside from the titles. I am suggesting that the President of the Convention brief the public regularly about the calendars and the topics that will be presented at the committee and whole convention meetings.
The public needs and wants to know what is going on, when we can attend meetings and the discussions, so that we may have input, as many delegates have said they wanted in order to find the will of the people.
President of the Convention, Gerard James II has mandated committees to meet. Those committees will deal with a multitude of issues including the composition of the Senate, Education, Taxation and many more important issues of the day. It is incumbent upon the delegates to bring those mandates to the people in both the media and in public forums. We need to know what is going on.
As a concerned Virgin Islander, I have many issues I would like to see addressed in the Constitution. I intend to do just that.
