The Government Agencies that Stole Christmas

Dear Source:
I ordered Christmas gifts between October 26th and October 28th. All the items were shipped between October 30th and November 11th. Roughly 75% of the items–all of them children's gifts–have NOT arrived as of December 22nd.
USPS Puerto Rico, USPS St. Thomas, U.S. Customs, and Homeland Security–SHAME ON YOU ALL!
