Brief: Donations of Mobility Equipment Sought

Jan. 13, 2008 — The Schneider Regional Medical Center Rehabilitation Department and St. Andrews Church are asking for donations of wheelchairs, walkers, and canes for people with special needs.
These may be dropped off at the front entrance of the Roy Lester Schneider Hospital on Saturday, Jan. 26, between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. The equipment drive also is accepting donations of hospital beds, which will be collected separately. To schedule hospital bed donations, as well as donations of other equipment at a time other than the announced collection time, please call Ms. Barr at 776-8311, extension 2024.
All donated equipment will be distributed free of charge to those in need.
