How to Begin a Constitution

Dear Source:
With the delegates elected and our Constitutional Convention starting, here is a suggestion in the drafting of the new proposed Constitution…the US Citizens that live in the Virgin Islands would like it to start with " We the People". By this, we don't mean "We the Native People", "We the Continental People", " We the Immigrants" or anything else.
