Iggies Beach Bar and Grill at Bolongo Bay offers a taste of Carnival and local culture every Wednesday with its Cruzan Carnival Extravaganza. Entertainment features live calypso music with the Sammy Watts Combo, fire walking, broken-bottle dancing, mocko jumbies and dancing in the sand. There is also a Caribbean buffet with a wide variety of local specialties that opens at 6:30 p.m., with entertainment beginning at 8 p.m.
