April 3, 2008 — The written test services at the St. Thomas Bureau of Motor Vehicles (BMV) office will be closed Thursday, April 3 due to flooding in that area, according to assistant director Myrna George Other services will remain operational, a release from George said.
She said testing should resume on Friday if "the weather is favorable."
