WAPA Is Inefficient

Dear Source:
As a pass member of the board at wapa, this is the same old trick they play each time they want to raise the rates, many outages. We have a power company her in Sumter county Florida that pays about the same price for oil as wapa and the cost for electrical service here is about per month 1.5 per kw hr.
They cover about 700,000 customers. It all boils down to efficiency. It is time to sell the system to private business that can run it right. Why do they need about 400 employees for about 125,00 customers?
