Chamber of Commerce to Hold Forum on Hurricane Preparedness

The St. Croix Chamber of Commerce will sponsor a forum on hurricane preparedness that will be hosted by the Virgin Islands Territorial Emergency Management Agency (VITEMA) at 10 a.m., on Friday, June 6, at Gertrude's Restaurant. Local emergency management officials will give information on what you and your business can expect in advance of a storm and in the aftermath, such as mandatory closings of business, procedures for obtaining post-hurricane passes for your business and so on. All Chamber members are welcome to attend.
For questions or additional information, contact Jacqueline Heylinger, deputy director for VITEMA-STX at 773-2244.
