Sept. 9, 2008 – All candidates please be advised pursuant to Title 18 section 419 Virgin Islands Code, the CASTING OF LOTS for the GENERAL ELECTION will be held SEPTEMBER 15, 2008, at noon in the Election System's offices on the islands of St. Thomas and St. Croix.
