Oct. 15, 2008 – Marie Veronique Ernest, best known as "Veronique," of Estate Williams Delight died on Oct. 11, at Gov. Juan F. Luis Hospital.
She is survived by her daughters: Juliana Ramos, Felicite Gilbert, Julita and Jane Ernest; sons: Raphael and Israel Ernest; 41 grandchildren; and many great-grandchildren and great great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her brother, St. Mart Ernest; daughters-in-law: Lucy and Cathrine Ernest; as well as many other relatives and friends too numerous to mention.
A viewing will be held at 10 a.m. followed by a funeral service at 11 a.m., on Saturday, Oct. 18, at Frederiksted Baptist Church. Internment will follow at Kingshill Cemetery.
