Oct. 30, 2008 – Benjamina Carrasquillo of Williams Delight died on Oct. 20, at the Grady Hospital. She was 54 years old.
She is survived by her mother, Leonor Gonzalez; husband, Gustavo Bermudez; daughters: Masika and Ama Bermudez; sons: Julio Estrada and Gustavo Bermudez Jr.; sisters: Ofelia and Luz Delia Carrasquillo; brother, Ricardo Carrasquillo; and grandchildren: Jaheem Herrera, Yeiralis Bermudez, Ny'Irah and Ny'itsa Keene, Jahsmarie, Jahnayrie and Jahshaleyan Estrada, Carlos Martin and Benjamin Cline Jr. She is also survived by mother-in-law, Eva Bermudez; father-in-law, Pablo Bermudez; special friends: Iola Turbe, Ana Garcia, Gladys DeJesus, Betsy Santiago, Olga Lopez, Rhonda Martin and Wanda Gomez; as well as other relatives and friends too numerous to mention.
There will be a viewing at 11 a.m., followed by a funeral service at noon, on Saturday, Nov. 1, at the Kingshill Chapel. Interment will be at Kingshill Cemetery.
