Dec. 6, 2008 – The fourth-time defending St. Thomas Region's champions, the Positive Vibes, blanked the Waitikubuli 4-0 in Tuesday evening's late action at the Lionel Roberts Stadium. The Positive Vibes trail the New Vibes by 3 points. Now both teams have two games left. The goal scorers for the Positive Vibes were Keithroy Saddler, two; Alexis Saddler and Wilfred Andrew scored one each. In the evening's earlier game, the Laraza and the Raymix played to their third consecutive tie. In the 1-1 score line, Joseph Limeburner scored a penalty for the Laraza, while Mark Frazer scored the Raymix's equalizer. Both goals were scored in the first half.
Action will continue at 6 p.m., Sunday, Dec. 7, at the Lionel Roberts Stadium when the Central Link faces the Laraza at 6 p.m., followed by the league-leading New Vibes and the Raymix.
