Detectives Searching for Suspect in Kidnapping, Assault

Kidnapping suspect Miguel Angel Felix is known to frequent Estate Williams Delight, Campo Rico and Profit.Detectives from the Domestic Violence Bureau on St. Croix are searching for Angel Miguel Felix, also known as "Coco," who is accused holding a woman against her will and assaulting her, causing visible bruises.
The victim told police that at about 1 a.m. Monday the 41-year-old suspect, with whom she had a prior relationship, came to her place of employment, approached her from behind and held a knife to her throat. She said Felix forced her into his vehicle, verbally abused her and hit her several times in her face.
The victim had visible injuries to her face but did not seek medical assistance.
Felix is wanted on charges of kidnapping and false imprisonment, third-degree assault, aggravated assault and battery, and domestic violence contempt of court.
He is a light complexioned Hispanic male, 5 feet 6 inches tall, weighing about 200 pounds. He has shoulder-length, wavy brown hair and has a tattoo of a knife on his shoulder.
Felix is known to frequent Estates Williams Delight, Campo Rico and Profit.
Anyone who sees Felix or knows his whereabouts is asked to call 911 or Detective G. Charlery at 712-6026. Anyone found harboring Felix or aiding him in any way could face criminal prosecution.
