Planning for Crucian Christmas Festival Begins

The first 2011-2012 Crucian Christmas Festival vendors meeting will be held at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday, June 16, at Gertrude’s Restaurant. This is a mandatory meeting for all persons wanting to have a booth or be a vendor at the Festival Village and other activities. For further information, send an e-mail to stxfestival@yahoo.com
The Crucian Christmas Festival Inc. is accepting theme submissions for the upcoming festival. The theme can reflect the celebration, spirit or meaning of the festival. It can be fun, innovative or thought provoking. Cultural themes are also welcome. The winner will receive a plaque, tickets to the major festival shows and two VIP seats at the adult parade. Send entries to stxfestival@yahoo.com. The deadline is July 31.
