The St. Thomas District Virgin Islands Democratic Party presents the Presidential Debate Watch at Emancipation Gardens. The event will be a grand fish fry and steam fish dinner. It will be held from 4-9 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 3. The big screen debate will begin at 9 p.m. Tickets are $12 and there will be a cash bar.
