Joel A. Lee, director of the Virgin Islands Bureau of Internal Revenue, advises taxpayers that the St. Thomas Red Hook office and the Nisky office locations will be closed at noon Wednesday until further notice due to a COVID-19 incident. The online excise tax collections will continue.
