Fredensborg Teen Robbed at Gunpoint in His Home

A 14-year-old male reported to police Aug. 18 that he had been robbed at gunpoint, the V.I. Police department reported.

According to police, at 9:04 a.m. officers were dispatched by the 911 Emergency call center to investigate a robbery at Old Fredensborg Village.

The 14-year-old victimtold officers he was alone at his residence when he was forcibly held at gunpoint while electronics, jewelry, and cash were stolen. The investigation revealed the suspects entered the residence through an unsecured door.

Detectives are asking anyone with information about this robbery to call 911, the Crime TipLine at 340-778-4950, or anonymously to Crime Stoppers USVI at 1-800-222-8477 (1-800-222-TIPS).
