The V.I. Police Department has issued a missing person alert for Naquan Richard of St. Croix, who they said was last seen on Thursday.
According to the VIPD, Richards is 14 years old and was last seen at the Department of Human Services Group Home wearing a black hoodie with white graphic design and a plaid back, red-orange jersey shorts, and beige bubble slippers.
Richards is 5 feet, 7 inches tall, weighs 130 pounds, has brown hair and brown eyes, and frequents the Marley Housing Community area.
