VIPA Announces Travel Advisory for Those Using Car Ferries Between St. John and St. Thomas.

Only two car ferries will be traveling between St. Thomas and St. John until further notice.

1, Theovald Moorehead Dock and Terminal –St. John

  1. Urman V. Fredericks Marine Terminal – St. Thomas

Only two car ferries are operating between St. John and St Thoms until further notice. Travelers may experience longer wait times at the car ferry ports on St. John and St. Thomas

Please plan your travel accordingly. The V.I. Port Authority appreciates the traveling public’s patience and cooperation with its barge ramp employees.

The Grand Vic and the Big Red Barge are operating. The General II is offline for its routine inspection, and the Captain Vic is offline for maintenance.
