The Virgin Islands Port Authority (VIPA) advises the public that the parking lot at the Victor Sewer Marine Facility in Cruz Bay, St. John, will be closed starting Thursday, June 15.  The lot will be used by the USVI Division of Festivals to host the St. John Celebration villages and other related events.  When the celebration ends, the lot will be cleaned and striped.  The parking lot will reopen on Monday, July 17.

The USVI Division of Festivals will also use a portion of the gravel lot at the Theovald Moorehead Dock and Terminal at Enighed Pond to host the Children’s Village and rides.  The gravel lot is currently closed, and parking will not be available while the Children’s Village is in place, except for the spaces provided for pre-paid monthly users.  The Children’s Village is scheduled to open on June 18.  The gravel lot will reopen for parking by July 17.

VIPA appreciates the public’s cooperation and understanding as VIPA provides its facilities for the use of the St. John Festival events for the enjoyment of the community and visitors.
