The Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority (WAPA) informs customers and community members on St. John of a scheduled electrical service interruption planned for 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., Friday, Jan. 5. During this time, 502 customers on Feeder 7E in the Carolina, Hansen Bay, Calabash Boom, Emmaus, Eden, St Quaco and Zimmerman, Hard Labor, Freeman’s Ground, and Zootenvaal area will experience an interruption in service to allow WAPA personnel to safely replace a broken pole.
