            NOTICE is hereby given that a Petition for Summary Administration Pursuant to 15 VIC § 167 and V.I.R. Prob 22 has been submitted to the Superior Court of the Virgin Islands for settlement of the Estate of Beverly Bernier.  All persons having claims against the estate are to present them to the Petitioner, verified by affidavit, and persons indebted to the estate to make payment promptly to:
