Get the trash out of the splash. The Environmental Association of St. Thomas/St. John will be hosting a beach clean-up/snorkel trip beginning at 8:30 a.m., on Saturday, Oct. 7, at Neltjeberg Beach. It's part of an international effort to clean up our coastlines and collect data on marine debris.
Bring comfortable clothes and shoes, sunscreen and/or a hat, gloves, water and snorkel gear. The organization will provide garbage bags, data cards and pencils.
