Dear Source:
To my Brothers and Sisters in St Croix: This letter is to encourage you. Do not be dismayed. Your vote will count. We will be your voice. We will represent the VI for you. You are not second class citizens. The power of the pen is mighty. This is your chance to prove that. I don't know the reasons why you are not able to vote in the Presidental Elections. Who knows what will happen, maybe in the next Presidential election you will be able to participate. With Barack Obama change is possible. It took African Americans decades to have the right to vote. I don't know where to begin to tell you about our struggle, but we never gave up hope. Look at us now. Most of us are backing a candidate who will represent all of the people of the United States including you, VI. He just happens to be African American. Regardless of his race, he is a candidate of inspiration, a candidate of hope and a candidate of change for all of the people.
Do not let this opportunity pass you by. We need your delegates to make this happen. Be apart of history. Lets change politics as usual. Exercise your right to vote. It will make a difference.
