Alwyn Llewellyn Joseph of Calquohoun died on June 29 at his residence. He was 68 years old.
He is survived by his wife, Naomi B. Joseph; mother, Mary Joseph; father, Hezekiah Joseph; stepdaughters: Michele Wynter and Laura Solomon; son, Duranie Joseph; grandchildren: Krystal Wynter, Danielle Christian and Nia Augustus; sisters-in-law: Doloritha Massiah, Fernella Lewis, Olivet Edwards, Yvonne Joyce and Judith Wynter; sisters: Cora DeNully and Angela Cumberbatch; brothers: Rupert Massiah Sr. and Gladstone Simon; and nieces: Lislyn Massiah, Francine Massiah, Cindy Cuencas, Theresa MCNeill, Juliete Joseph, Lylette Joseph, Alexistine, Madonna, Cheryl and Raxanne Simon, and Danielle Seraphin.
He is also survived by nephews: Eustace Massiah Jr., Daryl Massiah, Rupert Massiah Jr., Ricky Massiah Jr., Elroy Massiah, Daron Massiah, Deon and Devon Simon, Gladstone Simon Jr. "Al," Hudson Joseph Jr., Edmund, John DeNully, Julian and Shawn Cumberbatch, Yves, Ricky, Felix and Micheal Seraphin; special friends: Cleavely Drayton, the Richard family, the James family, the Stevens family, John Jackson "Leroy," Addison Demming, Dorothy Browne, Leroy Willock, Wingrove Paris and Carlton Pond; as well as other friends and relatives too numerous to mention.
A viewing will take place at 10 a.m. and a funeral service at 11 a.m. on Friday, July 15, at Holy Cross Episcopal Church, Upper Love. Interment will follow at Kingshill Cemetery.
