Dear Source,
Keep up the great work, Mr. Sekou. Your commentary is right on point as it relates to the larger issues facing Americans. Virgin Islanders should not be so naive as to think that this global war on terrorism will not affect them. Just look at some of the obvious sources of revenue (i.e., federal grants and tourism) and see them dry up slowly, but surely. If there are people who are concerned by Sekou's commentary, then maybe they should get their facts together and argue in the best of manners.
We should be open minded enough to look beyond the "same ole story" that we receive from our traditional media outlets. People, wake up, and Malik, be strong!
